Empty Nest

I sent the kids outside to clean up the yard. Two hours later they had finished cleaning and had set up house under some bushes.

Around lunch they came by my restaurant for take-out.

Then Anna and Sarah came back to wash my laundry to pay for the food. “We’re working to live! Cool!” they said.

I’m expecting a visit for Christmas.
